Privacy Policy

Innaru (“we”, “us”) operates innaru.com, a self-discovery quiz that sorts you into one of eight archetypes and offers optional paid readings. Questions about this policy or your data: hello@innaru.com.

Quiz answers. Your responses to the twelve questions are used to compute your archetype and to generate your personalized result. You can take the quiz without creating an account or giving your name.

Email address — only if you choose to provide it. We use it to send your result, purchase receipts, and a small number of follow-up emails about your result (including offers). Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link; transactional emails (receipts) are sent regardless.

Payment information. Handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card number never touches our servers. We receive only confirmation of payment and the last steps needed to unlock your purchase.

Usage data. We use Google Analytics, Hotjar, and the Meta pixel to understand how the site is used and to measure advertising (pages viewed, quiz progress, approximate location, device type). Hotjar may record anonymized interactions; payment fields are never recorded. If you arrived from an ad, we may share hashed (unreadable) versions of your email with Meta to measure ad performance.

Your answer pattern is processed by an AI language model (Anthropic's Claude) to write your personalized reading. Your answers are sent to Anthropic's API for this purpose only; Anthropic does not use API data to train models.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your quiz answers for anything except generating your content. Innaru is insight and entertainment — your answers are not a psychological assessment and are never used to make decisions about you.

Results and emails are stored with Supabase (hosted database, US East). The site runs on Vercel. Emails are sent via Resend. Each provider processes data only on our instructions.

Your result page has a private link. Anyone you share it with sees your archetype and a short teaser — not your full reading. If you invite someone to compare, both of you can see the shared match page (archetypes and resonance score).

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete everything we hold about you (including your quiz answers and generated content) by emailing hello@innaru.comfrom the address you used. We'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (e.g. EU/EEA, UK, California), these rights are backed by law (GDPR, CCPA); we honor them for everyone regardless.

We use cookies to keep your result linked to your browser (so only you see your full reading) and the analytics cookies of the tools listed above. Your browser can block or clear cookies at any time; the result-link cookie is required for the site to work.

Innaru is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and the date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
