Refund Policy

Every Innaru purchase comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions you don't want to answer.

Email hello@innaru.com within 7 days of your purchase — ideally from the email you used on the site, or include your result link so we can find the order. Telling us why is optional (though it helps us improve). Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Refunded content is re-locked on your result page. Your free result stays yours.

A compatibility reading unlocks for both people in the pair. If it's refunded, it re-locks for both. Only the person who paid can request the refund.

The guarantee exists so buying is risk-free, not as a free-content mechanism. We may decline refunds where the pattern suggests abuse (e.g. repeated purchase-and-refund across results).
